Cliff Richard was interviewed yesterday by detectives investigating a sex crime claim involving a young boy.
Mr Richard spoke to South Yorkshire Police officers and was not arrested or charged.
The grilling follows a police raid on the singer’s Berkshire flat as part of the investigation into an alleged sexual assault at a religious event in 1985.
A spokesman for Mr Richard said: “He co-operated fully.”
