Youths spray anti-Gove graffiti

"Stand up for education" daubing a Twitter hit with teachers

Michael Gove's delusions of being “down with the kids” have been dealt a blow by London graffiti artists.

The Tory Education Secretary tried recently to prove his street cred by performing a rap in front of camera crews during a school visit.

But his bubble has been burst by this daubing which has appeared at London’s famous South Bank skate park.

Progressive youths have sprayed “stand up for education” alongside a grey-looking likeness of Mr Gove.

The artwork was spotted by National Union of Teachers rep Alex Kenny and has already been shared over 100 times on Twitter.
