Edison Miranda eager to face Carl Froch after Tony Bellew battle

Friday 07 September 2012

BOXING: Edison Miranda will be considered as a future opponent for Carl Froch if he catches the imagination at Alexandra Palace tomorrow night.

The explosive Colombian faces Liverpool’s Tony Bellew in a clash that he hopes will lead him to IBF super-middleweight champion Froch.

“Carl Froch against me is one of the best fights you will ever see,” he said.

“I am here to fight hard, to put up a good show and to take a KO win home with me. Then Froch will take notice of what I am doing.”
