MOTO GP: Reigning MotoGP champion Casey Stoner has dismissed speculation he might retire earlier than planned after undergoing an operation on his injured ankle.
The Aussie crashed at Indianapolis in August, but wants to race again this season before quitting.
He said: “I’ve still got a season to finish. I’ve still got a job to do and career to see through.”
