Officers in London are investigating whether a man whose body was found in a residential street was a stowaway who fell from a plane.
The body was discovered in Portman Avenue, Mortlake, south-west London, this morning.
The man, believed to be in his thirties, had suffered multiple injuries.
A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said officers were called to Portman Avenue at around 7.55am today "following reports of a dead body."
She added that the theory he may have been a stowaway who fell from a plane was "one line of inquiry."
