No north/south divide

Wednesday 03 October 2012

There is nothing in Linda Riordan's article (Building a fairer Britain, M Star October 1) we disagree with and we whole-heartedly endorse her views on the needs of the working class and for social housing.

But we would like to emphasise that the struggle is between all the working class in Britain.

The working class in the south-east have the same economic strains imposed on them because of the coalition government and its unjust policies.

The south-eastern working class, be it in Margate, Hastings or London, has no better representation than anywhere else in Britain.
