EmailFantastic news that Hugo Chavez has won the Venezuelan election (M Star October 9).
As he said when the result came in, Venezuela can now continue on the road to democratic socialism.
With Chavez in Venezuela, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner in Argentina, Dilma Roussef in Brazil, Juan Evo Morales in Bolivia, Jose Mujica in Uruguay, Rafael Correa in Ecuador and Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua, the left-wing transformation of Latin America continues.
