The Welsh workers walking from Cardiff to London for Saturday's stand against austerity are on the final leg of their 156-mile journey.
"We're doing fine and we're on schedule, but we're all hurting in the same place and different places," Richard Evans told the Star.
A welcome is set for the trio at the Bread and Roses pub in Clapham from 6pm.
