EmailFootball: Ipswich parted company with manager Paul Jewell by mutual consent today.
Tuesday night’s 2-1 home defeat to Derby left the Tractor Boys bottom of the Championship and owner Marcus Evans said: "No one has worked harder to bring success to this football club than Paul Jewell.
“Unfortunately his outstanding commitment has not been rewarded by results on the pitch.”
