Thousands call for Hostess save

EmailMore than 4,000 people have signed a White House petition calling on President Barack Obama to "nationalise the Twinkie industry to prevent our nation from losing her sweet, creamy centre."
Hostess, which produces the snack, is on the brink of liquidation.
The petition will need nearly 21,000 signatures by Sunday to solicit a government response.
