EmailWelsh MPs said today that ministers must intervene in a royalties dispute that has seen 30,000 songs taken off the airwaves.
Plaid Cymru MP Hywel Williams introduced an early day motion protesting that composers, artists and publishers had seen their income from BBC Radio Cymru slashed by up to 85 per cent under 2007 changes.
More than 300 Welsh-language artists have refused to cross the "imaginery picket line in the airwaves," banning the BBC from playing their songs.
