Beware the icy roads

EmailYet more wintry weather and yet more media emphasis on the road conditions.
However the pavements that many vulnerable people rely on are inevitably far icier and it isn't safe to walk on the edge of the road as you used to be able to.
Still, those without cars are used to not being all in it together.
