Man arrested over rape

EmailA second South African man was arrested today in connection with the brutal gang rape and murder of a teenager.
The mentally ill 17-year-old girl was set upon in her village last year by six boys, the youngest of whom was 10.
After raping the woman, the attackers sliced her open and left her for dead. They then posted a mobile phone video on the internet.
The assault caused outrage in South Africa, where one in four women have been raped.
