Tory MP failed to go far enough

EmailIt was very good to see the article by Conservative MP Stephen McPartland (M Star February 12) condemning the massive tax avoidance by phenomenally wealthy corporations, which most people including David Cameron seem to agree is legal but immoral.
It was not good to see Mr McPartland say that it is up to the corporations themselves to put this right.
Is it beyond the power of the British government to ensure that everyone in this country pays their fair share of income tax?
