EmailCan I congratulate John Green and the Morning Star on the excellent in-depth obituary of Stanley Forman (M Star February 20).
I remember Hilda Forman phoning me when they moved from London to Harrogate in relation to their membership of the Alliance for Green Socialism (AGS) and I wished them well.
Betty Baker, his business partner, was the AGS treasurer until recently. They all had a long history of contributions to the progressive movement and will be sorely missed.
