South Korea's first female president

Park Geun-Hye celebrated becoming her country's first female president today with a broadside at North Korea.

She faces challenges of slowing growth and soaring welfare costs.

But the 61-year-old daughter of late military dictator Park Chung-Hee vowed zero tolerance, demanding Pyongyang "abandons its nuclear ambitions" immediately, while pledging to build trust with the north.
