A man without fibre

Monday 18 March 2013

In 1958 one of my elder brothers was born and he was named Francis after a Doctor Francis Gallagher who saved his life.

In 1987 after the Enniskillen massacre I went along to my local Remembrance Day service in Newcastle, Co Down, to show the IRA they were wrong - a small act of courage. I saw some other people who would not normally be at such things - they too had courage.

During the junta period in Argentina when thousands of people were being taken from their homes in the dead of night and butchered, Father Jorge Mario Bergoglio showed neither life-saving skills nor courage when the people of Argentina needed it.
