Thousands rally against US drone killings

EmailCIA agents killed at least 23 people in the Shawal area of North Waziristan today with a missile strike from an unmanned drone.
Pakistani spooks said that the victims were suspected militants.
The US government is thought to have killed well over 1,000 civilians in Pakistan's tribal areas since it began launching the unauthorised drone strikes seven years ago in a bid to undermine resistance forces in occupied Afghanistan.
Thousands of people rallied against the attacks in central Karachi on Saturday.
