North should join Scotland
Wednesday 07 November 2012
Unlike Oliver Healey, I don't support the concept of an English Parliament (M Star Nov 1).
Let's face it, the Conservative Party would dominate such a body with perhaps more members from the likes of Ukip and the BNP making it even harder for us socialists to get the message across.
Personally I think that it'd be better for many of us living north of Grimsby to ally ourselves with Scotland and create a state that is more relevant to the needs of ordinary people.
After all, any boundaries drawn inside the logical island that forms Britain are by nature artificial.
