It appalls me that the Establishment and its lackeys in the press fete the Blairs so much after the carnage in Iraq.
Would Cherie really be receiving CBEs and as much favourable publicity if she was married to a different war criminal like Milosevic or even Saddam Hussein?
People may feel uncomfortable comparing Tony Blair with such mass murderers but actually they presided over lesser slaughters than Blair and his mate Bush.
According to the Lancet more than 600,000 innocent Iraqis died as a result of our invasion. It is a colossal war crime and one in which Cherie seems to have played a role too. Press reports suggest that Cherie lobbied MPs to vote for war in the run-up to the crucial vote in Parliament.
It was well known to the Blairs that the war was illegal - they were told by the attorney general until he changed his mind and by the foreign secretary Robin Cook.
No amount of good work for charity by Cherie Blair can wash away the blood of that utterly criminal war.
