Lievremont will take the same 23 men who led Les Bleus to a 46-20 win over Italy on Sunday, with Dimitri Yachvili, who replaced the injured Frederic Michalak in that squad, retained.
The coach said: "You're never sure of anything, but you know what you think. The players did well against Wales and Italy.
"We opted for continuity. This group is equipped to beat the English. I think the players are fresh and fit."
