Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden? (12a)
AFTER lifting the lid on obesity and the fast food industry in Super Size Me, film-maker Morgan Spurlock has now turned his sights on a much more dangerous target - Osama bin Laden.
On the verge of becoming a father for the first time, Spurlock decides that he wants to make the world a safer place for his child by tracking down the illusive leader of al-Qaida.
Set out in the form of a video game, Spurlock travels to the Middle East, visiting a number of Arab countries, including Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, before moving on to Afghanistan and Pakistan, where Bin Laden is now believed to be hiding out.
There is nothing enlightening in Spurlock's documentary, but he does talk to ordinary Arabs and gets their perspective on things.
Spurlock was never going to find his man. His film is, however, a very entertaining ride.
