The Morning Star has been successful in instigating an parliamentary early day motion (EDM 1334) which insists that the BBC gives fair attention to the paper in its news review coverage.
The Star has historically been sidelined by the broadcaster for a variety of reasons, the latest being that the BBC only features “national newspapers with large circulations." But the BBC has a duty to reflect the diversity of the British political spectrum - not just cover the big corporate media.
Please help our campaign by asking your MP to ask them to sign EDM 1334 if they haven't already. You can contact them through www.writetothem.com to explain in your own words why their support is important.
With your help we can ensure that the voice of Britain’s workers gets fair treatment.
