Amazon workers set to take on bosses

AMAZON workers are set to hold nationwide protests this morning against “appalling conditions” in the online retailer’s warehouses.

GMB members working for the transnational shopping giant are to be joined by Labour MP Jack Dromey outside the company’s “fulfilment centre” in Milton Keynes.

Supportive trade unionists in other parts of the country will also take part in demonstrations against Amazon Prime Day,  when the company seeks increased sales through time-limited offers.
