LIBRARY workers in a London borough look set to strike against the “salami slicing” of local services and workplace conditions.
Members of Unite will be striking from Thursday June 6 to demand the full staffing of Bromley’s library system.
The workers, who are employed by the social-enterprise business Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL), said that their bosses are cost-cutting by refusing to fill vacant posts with relevant staff.
