SOME hospital appointments and funerals have been postponed because of the bank holiday marking the Queen’s funeral. 

NHS Trusts in some areas have said they will postpone non-urgent procedures and clinic appointments for some patients on September 19. 

Other hospitals have said they will be operating as usual next Monday. The bank holiday for the Queen’s funeral has also resulted in some funerals being postponed.
