RyanAir pilots to launch third strike

PILOTS at airline Ryanair will launch their third bout of strike action tomorrow over pay and conditions.

The British Airline Pilots Association (Balpa) plans a further six days of strike action from September 19 to 29.

Balpa says Ryanair is also under pressure from investors who have accused the airline of making “false and misleading statements” about its industrial relations record, which they claim “artificially inflate the carrier’s share price.”
