CAMPAIGNERS are due to highlight the number of people on NHS waiting lists in a protest outside Parliament tomorrow, warning that a “critical point has been reached.”
The demonstration, organised by campaign group We Own It, will feature a giant alarm clock, symbolising long NHS waiting times.
We Own It said the action aims to show that record waiting lists, exacerbated by the pandemic, are in large part due to a decade of cuts and privatisation.
