CLIMATE activist Greta Thunberg turned down an environmental award today because “the climate movement does not need any more awards.”
The Swedish teenager was offered the award and prize money of 500,000 kronor (£40,0000) by the Nordic Council.
She thanked the organisation, describing the offer as “a huge honour.
