Virgin trains is no longer stocking the Daily Mail

VIRGIN Trains is to stop stocking the Daily Mail hate rag on its services, claiming it was “not compatible” with its principles.

In an internal memo, the rail profiteer told staff it would no longer sell the title or hand it out in first class, after workers raised concerns “about the Mail’s editorial position on issues such as immigration, LGBT rights and unemployment.”

While the firm is a separate franchise to the recently bailed-out Virgin Trains East Coast, both are owned by super-rich tax-dodger Richard Branson’s Virgin and the transport company Stagecoach, controlled by billionaire homophobe Brian Souter.
