Leonard gets new left SEC members
RICHARD LEONARD’S position as Scottish Labour leader received a boost after two left-wing activists were elected with thumping majorities to the party’s Scottish executive committee (SEC).

The Star understands that both won with a two-to-one majority over their nearest rivals.
